Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical practice evaluation of diabetic patients by a quantitative nursing plan based on patients’ demands. Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetes admitted to Lianyungang Second People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by parity method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing measures, while the observation group was given demand-oriented nursing mode. Blood glucose levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the two group were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Demand-oriented nursing model for patients with diabetes has high clinical application value, which can stabilize the blood glucose index of patients, promote the self-care management ability of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
