Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of BCG polysaccha-ride nucleic acid combined with photodynamic therapy and its influence on immune function of patients with condyloma acuminatum of female external genitalia. Methods A total of 84 patients with condyloma acuminatum of organ external genitalia treated in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Huaian City, Jiangsu Province from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group (42 cases) and the study group (42 cases) according to the parity method. The control group was treated with photodynamic therapy, and the study group was treated with BCG polysaccha-ride nucleic acid on this basis. The treatment time in both groups was six months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T cells were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded. The recurrence rate was compared between the two groups after one year follow-up. Results The efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TGF-β1 and CD3+, CD4+ T cells in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α and CD8+ T cells in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment (P > 0.05). After one year of follow-up, one case in the study group and two cases in the control group were lost to follow-up. The overall follow-up rate was 96.43%. The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion BCG polysaccha-ride nucleic acid combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of fpatients with condyloma acuminatum of female external genitalia is effective, which can reduce the body’s inflammatory response, improve immune function, safe and reliable, and the prognosis is good.
