应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对冠心病合并勃起功能障碍相关研究的可视化分析

摘要目的应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对近20年中冠心病与勃起功能障碍研究领域的研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源，利用可视化分析软件CiteSpace和VOSviewer对2004年1月至2021年10月中冠心病与勃起功能障碍的相关研究进行可视化分析，探讨相关研究的作者、国家/机构分布以及对关键词进行分析。结果纳入文献549篇，发文量于2012年之前呈波动上升趋势，2012年之后有下降趋势。各国发文量存在明显差异，发文量前15名国家中有12个为欧美及发达国家。作者/机构间形成了多个较稳定的合作团队，但各团队合作并不紧密。关键词分析发现涉及药物治疗、临床试验、荟萃分析、结局指标等多维度、多层次的研究类型。结论近20年关于冠心病与勃起功能障碍的研究内容较丰富，目前研究热点趋势为总结临床经验和文献研究，潜在机制有待进一步探究。

Abstract：Objective To explore the research status, hot spots, and trends in the field of coronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction in the past 20 years, and to use CiteSpace and VOSviewer software for visual analysis. Methods Taking Web of Science Core Aggregate Database as the data source, the visual analysis software CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visually analyze the related researches on coronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction from January 2004 to October 2021, and the authors, countries/institutions distribution of related researches, and keywords were analyzed. Results A total of 549 papers were included, the number of documents issued showed a fluctuating upward trend before 2012, and a downward trend after 2012. There were obvious differences in by each country, and 12 of the top 15 countries by the number of issued documents were from Europe, America, and developed countries. Several stable cooperative teams had been formed among authors/institutions, but the cooperation between the teams was not close. Keyword analysis found multi-dimensional and multi-level research types involving drug treatment, clinical trials, meta-analyses, and outcome indicators. Conclusion In the past 20 years, the research content on coronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction is relatively rich. The current research hotspot trend is to summarize clinical experience and literature research, and the underlying mechanism needs to be further explored.
