Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of individualized education and nursing based on quality control circle (QCC) quality control in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to the Hemodialysis Room of Bozhou People’s Hospital in Anhui Province from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the control group, and individualized education and nursing based on QCC quality control were used in the study group. The compliance score, self-management ability score, quality of life score, and complication rate of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The scores of medication compliance, diet compliance, dialysis program compliance, and fluid intake compliance in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the scores of quality of life and self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Individualized education and nursing based on QCC quality control can significantly improve the compliance, self-management ability, and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients, with fewer complications, which has clinical application value and is worth promoting.
