Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of staged rehabilitation training guided by microteaching method on rehabilitation compliance and functional recovery of patients with hip fracture after surgery. Methods From December 2019 to June 2021, 90 elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent surgical treatment in Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Province were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional postoperative rehabilitation care, while the experimental group was given microteaching method to guide staged rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The compliance of rehabilitation exercise was compared between two groups; Harris hip function score and World Health Organization the quality of life-BREF (WHO QOL-BREF) score were compared before nursing and three months after nursing. Results The compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in experimental group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). After three months of nursing, the joint activity, joint function, pain degree, and deformity score of two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). After three months of nursing, the scores of psychological, physiological, environmental, and social relationship of two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of staged rehabilitation training guided by microteaching method after hip fracture surgery in the elderly can improve their compliance to training, promote the recovery of hip function and improve the quality of life.
