Abstract:Objective To study the factors that affect the satisfaction and training effect of resident physicians in a tertiary-level public hospital in Anhui Province, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods Through the cluster random sampling method, self-made questionnaires were distributed to different types of trainees in the hospital, and SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis software was used for data analysis of satistaction scores. Results In this survey, 450 questionnaires were distributed, and 420 were finally recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 93.33%. Among them, there were 56 students from the unit, 171 students from other units, 131 students from the society, and 62 graduate students of “four certificates in one”. The overall satisfaction of the trainees was (3.14±0.81) points. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that policy attitude, professional level improvement, mentoring system, rotation arrangement, assessment method, teaching, and salary income were positively correlated with overall satisfaction (r > 0, P < 0.01). Conclusion Improving the treatment of students in the training base can improve the satisfaction of students, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff and the cultivation of students’ scientific research ability can effectively improve the overall training effect.
