Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of monitoring-training-planning (MTP) intervention model in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and heart failure (HF). Methods Eighty patients with DCM complicated with HF admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from July 2020 to July 2021 were prospectively selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into group A and group B by simple random coin-flipping method. Finally, 47 cases in group A and 33 cases in group B were included. Group A received MTP intervention mode on the basis of routine nursing, and group B received simple routine nursing, intervention lasted for three months. The changes of heart function before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, the psychological state before and after intervention was evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS), the living ability before and after intervention was evaluated by activity of daily living scale (ADL), and the nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results After three months of intervention, the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction in both groups were higher than before intervention, and those of the group A were higher than group B, the levels of left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular diastolic diameter were lower than before intervention, and those of the group A were lower than group B, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention, and those of the group A were lower than group B, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); ADL scale scores of both groups were higher than before intervention, and group A was higher than group B, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of nursing quality, nursing attitude, nursing specialty, nursing procedure, and nursing satisfaction in group A were higher than those in group B, the differences were high statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion MTP intervention mode has significant intervention effect on patients with DCM combined with HF, which can improve their cardiac function, psychological state, and enhance daily living ability.
