标准化患者在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训PBL教学中的应用

摘要经过2013~2018年近5年的不断完善和发展，住院医师规范化培训制度已较为成熟，包括以问题为基础（PBL）在内的各种教学方法也在培训中不断开展。针对PBL模式在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中显示的不足，本课题组将标准化患者（SP）教学法引入以形成PBL结合SP的综合教学模式，取得了良好的效果。本文从引入SP的必要性、SP改善教学效果的原因、SP的选择及培训要点三方面进行论述，总结具体实施的相关经验，以供参考。

Abstract：After continuous improvement and development in the past five years from 2013 to 2018, the standardized training system for resident physicians has matured, and various teaching methods including problem-based learning (PBL) have also been continuously developed. In view of the shortcomings of the PBL model in the clinical teaching of the standardization training for resident residents in department of gastrointestinal surgery, this research group introduced the standardized patient (SP) teaching method to form a PBL-SP integrated teaching model and achieved good results. This paper summarizes the relevant experiences of specific implementation from the necessity of SP introduction, the reasons for the SP to improve the teaching effect and the choice and training points of SP, for reference.
