Abstract:Objective To explore the medication rules of urticaria in Song Dynasty based on data mining, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The literature on the treatment of urticaria in the Song Dynasty surgical classics of Chinese Medical Code was collected and sorted out, and the prescription and drug information was extracted. The prescription database was established by Microsoft Office Excel 2019, and the medication frequency, drug category, four nature of drugs and five flavors and channel tropism were counted. IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 software were used for association rule analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs (frequency > 10 ). Results A total of 97 prescriptions and 161 Chinese traditional medicines were included, among which the top three were Saposhnikoviae Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Tribulus Terrestris. Superficies-relieving drugs and tonifying deficiency drugs were the most widely used. The drug properties were mainly warm, cold and flat drugs, drug tastes were mainly bitter, spicy and sweet tastes, which mainly belong to the liver, spleen and lung channels. Six core drug combinations were obtained by high frequency drug cluster analysis.
