Group A was treated with ozone injection, and group B was treated with ozone injection combined with silver needle. The overall curative effect and visual analogue scale (VAS) score, pain mediators, inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective of group B was batter than that of group A (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and group B was lower than group A (P < 0.05). After treatment, 5-hydroxytryptamine, prostaglandin E2, and endothelin-1 in group B were lower than those in group A, and group B was lower than group A (P < 0.05). After treatment, the tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin (IL)-1 β, and IL-6 was lower than that before treatment, and group B was lower than that in group A (P < 0.05).
