预见性护理干预在慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨慢性宫颈炎患者护理中行预见性干预的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年8月空军军医大学唐都医院妇产科收治的90例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为常规组和干预组。常规组（45例）行常规护理干预，干预组（45例）在常规护理基础上行预见性护理干预。两组干预时间均为2周。观察患者疾病知识认知、负面情绪改善情况及临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果干预后，两组疾病知识认识评分均高于干预前，且干预组评分高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；两组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均降低，且干预组低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；干预组临床疗效高于常规组，并发症总发生率低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论慢性宫颈炎患者药物及物理治疗期间实施预见性护理干预，可帮助患者提升疾病知识认知度，缓解其负面情绪，有助于疾病治疗总体效果，减少并发症。

Abstract：Objective To explore the predictive intervention measures and effect in nursing care of patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Tangdu Hospital, Air Force Military Medical University from May 2020 to August 2021. According to random number table method, they were divided into routine group and intervention group. The routine group (45 cases) received routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group (45 cases) received predictive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention time of both groups was two weeks. The knowledge of disease, the improvement of negative emotion, the clinical effect, and the occurrence of complications were observed. Results After the interwention, the score of disease knowledge in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the score of intervention group was higher than that of routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the total clinical effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention during drug and physical therapy for patients with chronic cervicitis, can help patients improve their awareness of disease knowledge, alleviate their negative emotions, contribute to the overall effect of disease treatment and reduce complications.
