循证护理应用于百日咳患儿临床效果及价值研究

摘要目的探讨循证护理用于百日咳患儿的效果。方法选取空军军医大学第一附属医院西京医院在2019年3月至2020年4月收治46例百日咳患儿，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各23例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予循证护理。两组护理时间均为2周。观察两组相关症状持续时间、住院天数及并发症发生情况、家属心理状态改善情况。结果干预后，观察组患儿咳嗽导致呕吐时间、面色青紫时间，闻及肺部啰音时间，鸡鸣样回声时间，痉挛样咳嗽时间以及住院天数均短于对照组患儿（P ＜ 0.05）。干预后，两组家属汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分均降低，知识认识评分均升高，且观察组HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组，知识认知评分高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组患儿总疗效优于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论百日咳患儿护理中行循证护理，可有效加快患儿症状及体征缓解时间，改善家属心理状态，提高其疾病知识认知，明显减少并发症。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on children with pertussis. Methods A total of 46 children with pertussis treated in Xijing Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 23 cases in each group. Routine nursing was given in the control group, and then evidence-based nursing was given in the observation group. Both groups were intervened for two weeks. The duration of related symptoms, length of hospital stay, occurrence of complications, and improvement of psychological state of family members were observed. Results After intervention, the time of vomiting caused by cough, the time of bluish complexion, the time of hearing lung rales, the time of crowing echo, spasmodic cough, and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). After intervention, the scores of Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) in the families of the two groups were decreased, and the knowledge cognition scores were increased, and the HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the knowledge cognition scores were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The total efficacy of observation group was better than control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing in the nursing of children with pertussis can effectively accelerate the relief time of symptoms and signs of children, improve the psychological state of family members, improve their disease knowledge and cognition, and significantly reduce complications.
