Abstract:This article summarizes Professor Yuan Shaoying’s experience in the treatment of female infertility based on the concept of “harmony, conservation, adjustment and integration”, provides a clinical case which offers new references and thoughts in the treatment of this disease. Professor Yuan Shaoying believes that the causes of this disease are complex and varied, so its treatment should be fully analyzed and flexibly follow the treatment concept of “harmony, conservation, adjustment and integration”.“Harmony” refers to harmonizing yin and yang, regulating qi and blood, pleasure of modern, eating and living regularly, etc. “Conservation” refers to clinical adherence to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, taking kidney as the root, coordinating liver and spleen, giving consideration to heart and lung. “Adjustment” refers to the flexible use of drugs according to the situation, people and time. “Integration” refers to the integration of internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and modern medicine with traditional characteristic therapy to improve the curative effect.
