Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of mind map in the emergency procedure of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 41 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who underwent routine cerebral hemorrhage emergency procedures from February 2018 to March 2019 in Chenzhou First People’s Hospital were selected as the control group, while a total of 52 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who adopted the first aid procedure in the mind map mode from April 2019 to May 2021 in our hospital were selected as the observation group. The differences in rescue time (emergency time, triage assessment time, emergency stay time), neurological function, self-care ability, and negative mood scores (self-rating anxiety scale [SAS] score, self-rating depression scale [SDS] score) before and after intervention, and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The emergency time, triage evaluation time, and emergency stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). After the intervention, while National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); Barthel index was higher than that before intervention, while the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, while those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Using mind map mode to intervene in the emergency procedure of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can effectively shorten the rescue time, reduce the neurological damage of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, improve the quality of life, and improve the prognosis.
