窄谱强脉冲光联合噻吗洛尔治疗轻中度痤疮患者的临床效果

摘要目的探讨窄谱强脉冲光（DPL）联合噻吗洛尔治疗轻中度痤疮患者的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年5月南京中医药大学附属南京医院收治的102例轻中度痤疮患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为联合组（51例）与对照组（51例）。对照组采用DPL治疗，联合组在对照组的基础上另给予噻吗洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗12周后临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组痤疮特异性生活质量调查表（Acne-QOL）、血清白细胞介素1α（IL-1α）水平，记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果联合组临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗前，两组Acne-QOL评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），治疗后，两组Acne-QOL评分高于治疗前，且联合组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗前两组血清IL-1α水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），治疗后，两组血清IL-1α水平低于治疗前，且联合组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。两组并发症总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。结论 DPL联合噻吗洛尔治疗轻中度痤疮患者效果确切，可提高患者的生活质量，减轻机体炎症反应，安全可靠。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of narrow-band intense pulsed light (DPL) combined with Timolol in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate acne. Methods A total of 102 patients with mild to moderate acne admitted to the Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicinel from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into combination group (51 cases) and control group (51 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group were treated with DPL, and the combination group were treated with Timolol on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 12 weeky of treatments was compared, the acne-specific quality of life questionnaire (Acne-QOL), serum interleukin 1α (IL-1α) levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups was recorded. Results The clinical efficacy of the combination group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Acne-QOL scores between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05), after treatment, the Acne-QOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the combination group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum IL-1α levels between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05), after treatment, serum IL-1α levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the combination group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion DPL combined with Timolol has a definite effect in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate acne. It can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the inflammation of the body, and it is safe and reliable.
