Six months after treatment, the scores of dysmenorrhea, breast tenderness, and anal bulge in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05); the follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05); carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), CA199, and endometrial antibodies in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction retention enema after minimally invasive surgery for patients with endometriosis has great significance in reducing the recurrence rate of the disease and promoting blood circulation. It can not only reduce the inflammatory response of patients, improve the pregnancy rate, but also inhibit the growth of ectopic endometriosis and improve the ovarian function of patients.
