Abstract:Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Chinese herb acupoint application and warm moxibustion on end-stage liver disease. Methods A total of 150 patients with end-stage liver disease admitted to Shijiazhuang Fifth Hospital of Hebei Province from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, there were divided into two groups, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with Chinese herb acupoint application, and the observation group was intervened with warm moxibustion intervention on the basis of the control group. After two courses of treatment, the intervention effect, symptoms and signs, liver function level, and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the abdominal circumference and maximum depth of ascites dark area in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, 24 h urine volume in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and that in the observation group was more than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and total bilirubin levels in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the intervention, and no obvious abnormalities were found in the examination results. Conclusion The intervention of Chinese herb acupoint application and warm moxibustion has a significant effect on end-stage liver disease, which can help to improve the symptoms and liver function level of patients, and has a high safety.
