运用宏基因组二代测序诊断鹦鹉热衣原体重症肺炎2例

摘要 鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎是由鹦鹉热衣原体感染导致的一种长期被忽视的肺部感染性疾病。现报道天津中医药大学第二附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科运用宏基因组二代测序技术诊断鹦鹉热衣原体重症肺炎的病例2例。该病临床表现缺乏特异性,误诊率偏高,严重时可造成全身多器官功能衰竭等危重表现。宏基因组二代测序技术敏感性高,可以检测到其他传统手段无法检测到的病原体,为呼吸道感染的精确诊疗带来了重大变革,可以有效缩短病程,最大程度改善患者预后。

Abstract :Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia is a long-neglected pulmonary infection caused by chlamydia psittaci infection. This paper reports two cases of critical chlamydia psittaci pneumonia diagnosed by metagenomic next-generation sequencing in Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The clinical manifestations of this disease are lack of specificity, and the misdiagnosis rate is high, in serious cases, it may cause systemic multiple organ failure and other critical manifestations. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing technology is highly sensitive and can detect pathogens that cannot be detected by other traditional methods, which brings significant changes to the accurate diagnosis and treatment of respiratory tract infection, effectively shortening the course of disease and improving the prognosis of patients to the greatest extent.
