Abstract：Objective To explore the application of systematic rehabilitation intervention program in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on muscle strength and negative emotion. Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Anhui Province from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected. The patients were divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method, 60 patients in routine group received routine nursing intervention, and 60 patients in intervention group received systematic rehabilitation intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The changes of patients’ physical strength, negative emotion, and cognitive function were observed before and one week after intervention. Results After intervention, the improvement of body muscle strength in the intervention group was better than that in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the intervention group were lower than the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale and daily living scale in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the intervention group were higher than the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening systematic rehabilitation intervention in cerebral infarction nursing can effectively improve patients’ physical strength, mental state, cognitive ability, and life ability.
