Effects of integrated medical and nursing care combined with nutritional nursing intervention on the nutritional status, quality of life of inpatients with hematological tumors#br#

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of integrated medical and nursing care combined with nutritional nursing intervention on the nutritional status, quality of life of inpatients with hematological tumors. Methods A total of 120 hematological tumor inpatients who were treated in the Department of Hematology, Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each with. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given routine nursing and medical care integration nursing combined with nutritional nursing intervention, nutritional status, negative emotion, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the levels of serum albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PA) and red blood cell (RBC) in the observation group were higher than those before intervention, the levels of serum PA and Alb in the control group were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of serum ALB, PA, and RBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); after intervention, the Hamilton anxiety scale score in the control group was lower than before intervention, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the obsorvation groups were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); after intervention, scores of various quality of life in the observation group were higher than those before intervention, scores of psychological fields, independence fields, social relations fields, environment fields, and spiritual support fields in the control group were higher than those before intervention, and scores of various quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing combined with nutritional nursing intervention can obviously improve the nutritional status and life quality of hospitalized patients with hematologic tumor.
