Abstract：Hospital affairs disclosure is one of the important measures to promote the democratic and scientific management of hospitals and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. With the introduction of the Guiding Opinions on the Establishment of Modern Hospital Management System, new requirements have been put forward for the hospital affairs disclosure. This article discusses the policy background of hospital affairs disclosure and the status quo of hospital affairs disclosure in Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University. And Xuanwu Hospital, in actively promoting the hospital affairs disclosure, has strengthened organization and leadership, continuously improved system construction, clarified the division of responsibilities, actively expanded disclosure methods, strictly regulated disclosure procedures, established a confidentiality review mechanism for information disclosure, and adhered to the implementation of the supervision and assessment mechanism. At the same time, based on the status quo of hospital affairs disclosure, it is recommended to include hospital affairs disclosure into the hospital charter, implement the annual work priorities of hospital affairs disclosure, enhance the initiative of hospital affairs disclosure, and continuously strengthen supervision and establish an evaluation mechanism.
