Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of seamless management in percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (PRFA) in patients with vascular malformation (VM). Methods A total of 160 patients with VM treated with PRFA from March 2017 to December 2020 in Linyi Cancer Hospital of Shandong Province were selected and divided into control group (80 cases) and study group (80 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given clinical routine management methods, while the research group was given seamless management. The psychological state, pain level, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of the anxiety self-rating scale and the depression self-rating scale in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, while the research group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in visual analogue scale (VAS) score time, between groups and interaction between the two groups (P < 0.05). Among them, the VAS scores at 12 and 24 hours after operation in the two groups were lower than those at 2 hours after operation, while the VAS scores at 24 hours after operation were lower than those at 12 hours after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The VAS scores at 2, 12, and 24 h were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of the short-form 36 item health survey dimensions in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, while those of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Seamless management can improve the negative emotions, relieve postoperative pain, and improve the quality of life in patients with VM treated with PRFA.
