Analysis on medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system#br#

Abstract:Objective To analyze medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system. Methods The literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer in CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP and China biomedical literature database from inception to May 2021 were retrieved. Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer was summarized by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system. Results A total of 56 prescriptions and 178 Chinese herbs were included. The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were Poria, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Pinelliae Rhizoma, Hedyotis Herba, Paeoniae Radix Alba and Coicis Semen. The property of traditional Chinese medicine was mainly cold; the medicine mainly tasted bitter, sweet, and pungent; drugs mainly returned to the spleen and liver channels; the main drug effects were tonifying deficiency, promoting water and dampness, and clearing away heat. Four core drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer is based on the principle of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness, while taking into account soothing liver and dispersing stagnation, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
