Influence of quality nursing service based on planned behavior theory on mood disorder and coping style of chronic renal failure hemodialysis patients#br#

Abstract：Objective To explore the impact of quality nursing services based on planned behavior theory on mood disorders and coping styles in patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis. Methods A total of 100 cases of chronic renal failure hemodialysis patients admitted in Hefei First People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, according to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing services based on the planned behavior theory. The negative emotions, self-experience burden, coping style, self-management behavior and quality of life scores before and incidence of complications after nursing in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); all dimensions and total score of self-perceived burden in both groups were lower than before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the coping style score of the two groups was higher than before nursing, and the score of avoidance and yield was lower than before nursing, and the score of the observation group was higher than the control group, and the score of avoidance and yield was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the dimensions and total score of self-management behavior in both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion The high-quality nursing service based on the planned behavior theory is applied to patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis, which can relieve patients’ mood disorders, ease the burden of self-feeling, and improve coping styles, improve self-management behavior, and have a positive significance in reducing the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
