Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on uterine artery blood flow and immune indexes in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion (RA). Methods A total of 120 patients with unknown RA in Huaian Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangsu Province from May 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the ball method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received oral treatment with glucocorticoids and multivitamins, the observation group was treated with LMWH on the basis of the control group and treated until 12 weeks of gestation. The systolic to diastolic blood flow ratio systolic / diastolic (S/D), pulsatile index (PI), resistance index (RI), immune indexes and fetal preservation were compared between the two groups at 7, 10 and 12 weeks of gestation. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the overall analysis found that the differences between groups, time point comparisons, and interaction S/D, PI, and RI, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Intra-group comparison, the differences at each time point in the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), in comparison between groups, S/D, PI and RI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 12 weeks of gestation, and the difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05); interferon -γ (IFN-γ), interleukin (IL)-2 and IL-8 decreaseds in both groups, and observation group was lower than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the success rate of fetus preservation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion LMWH can reduce uterine artery blood flow resistance in patients with unknown RA, regulate immune function and improve the success rate of fetal preservation.
