Application effect of self-formulated Yishen Huoxue Prescription for intra uterine adhesions patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after trans cervical resection adhesions operation#br#

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-formulated Yishen Huoxue Prescription for patients with intra uterine adhesions (IUA) after trans cervical resection adhesions (TCRA) operation. Methods A total of 118 patients with refractory IUA admitted to Tongling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Anhui Province from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 59 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with TCRA. The control group was treated with estradiol Valerate Tablets combined with Progesterone Capsules after operation. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Yishen Huoxue Prescription for three months. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. IUA score, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, uterine cavity volume, endometrial thickness, resistance index (RI), pulbeat index (PI) and serum transforming growth fanctor-β (TGF-β1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, IUA score, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, RI, PI, serum TGF-β1 and TIMP-1 levels in two groups were lower than before, and which of the observation group were lower than those of control group, while uterine cavity volume and endometrial thickness in two groups were higher than before, and observation group was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Self-formulated Yishen Huoxue prescription for patients with IUA after TCRA operation can improve the curative effect, relieve symptoms, increase endometrial thickness, and regulate the expression of fibrosis factors in vivo.
