Abstract：Fusion teeth and talon cusp are abnormal tooth morphological development caused by different external stimuli during tooth development. This paper reported a rare case of fusion of left mandibular permanent central incisor and mandibular permanent incisor, with a malformed lingual cusp on the lingual side of the fused tooth. Since the lesion had not caused pulp and periodontal diseases, fossa and sulcus were closed at the lingual cusp and regular review was ordered. On relevant literature review introduced the pathogenesis, clinical features of fused teeth, the key points of treatment, in order to improve the understanding of the disease diagnosis and clinical workers, early diagnosis and treatment is the key to improve the effect of fusion tooth prognosis, early detection, correct judgment combined with imaging examination fusion of tooth type, joint multidisciplinary treatment, regular review, it can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of fused teeth.
