摘要 目的 探讨多元化自我管理健康教育对冠脉搭桥术患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。 方法 选择2014年10月至2018年12月江苏省南通市中医院收治的冠脉搭桥术患者128例,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组联合应用多元化自我管理健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组自我管理行为、生活质量。 结果 随访6个月,两组自我管理行为评分均高于干预前,且干预组饮食管理、遵医行为、情绪管理、不良习惯控制评分高于对照组(P < 0.05);两组生活质量评分均高于干预前,且干预组躯体受限程度、心绞痛稳定性、心绞痛发作频率、疾病认知程度评分高于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 多元化自我管理健康教育有助于增强冠脉搭桥术患者自我管理能力,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of diversified self-management health education on the self-management ability and quality of life of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Methods A total of 128 cases of coronary artery bypass surgery patients admitted to Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to December 2018 were selected, they were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was given regular health education, and the treatment group was combined with diversified self-management health education. Follow up for six months, the self-management behavior and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results After six months of follow-up, the self-management behavior scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, the dietary management, compliance behavior, emotional management, and bad habits control scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of life quality of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, the scores of physical limitation, angina pectoris stability, angina pectoris frequency, and disease awareness in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Diversified self-management health education is helpful to enhance the self-management ability of coronary artery bypass graft patients and improve the quality of life.
