Abstract:Objective To understand the research status and existing problems of nursing post management in China in the past ten years, and provide reference for related research. Methods Literatures related to nursing position management in China published by data bases of CBM, CNKI, and Wanfang from January 2010 to August 2020 were searched, and descriptive statistical analysis and high-frequency keyword clustering analysis were performed by bibliometrics analysis. Results A total of 511 related articles were included, and the number of articles published was consistent with national policy advocacy. A total of 143 journals were published, involving 1274 authors, and the core author group was not yet established. The cities with a large number of publications were Beijing, Wuhan, Chongqing, Shanghai, Xi’an, and other places. The research hotspots have been formed but scattered, mainly focusing on the new post management model of laid-off competency, hierarchical training, quantitative assessment, post setting, and performance management in different departments, post hierarchical management, and post performance management. Conclusion Nursing post management is an inevitable trend of hospital management in China. The management methods are diverse but have not yet formed a standardized system. In the future, it is necessary to further standardize scientific research and design, and comprehensively implement nursing post management.
