Abstract:Objective To explore the development status and research hotspots of Danhong Injection and predict the future research direction through bibliometrics. Methods Taking CNKI as the data source, the literatures related to Danhong Injection were retrieved from January 2010 to December 2020. CiteSpace 5.5.1 software was used to analyze the author, organization and key words of the literatures, and a visual map was drew. Results A total of 3814 documents were obtained, and four research teams and three regional research cooperation institutions were obtained through econometric analysis. “Acute cerebral infarction”, “cerebral infarction” and “coronary heart disease” were the most frequently used keywords. “Neurological function”, “cerebral infarction” and “cardiac function” were the keywords with the highest highlight intensity. The emergence intensity of keywords such as “clinical effect”, “neurological function” and “systematic evaluation” continued to today. Conclusion At present, the research focus of Danhong Injection is acute cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease, mechanism and safety may be the focus of research in the future.
