Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of PDCA introducing cycle in the whole process fine management of medical equipment, in order to promote the fine management level of the whole life cycle of hospital medical equipment. Methods PDCA cycle management mode was introduced to manage all medical devices from June to December in 2018, which compared with the June to December in 2017 when PDCA cycle management was not introduced. The series data was collected through the hospital information system. The acceptance rate of medical equipment, equipment use rate, equipment scrap rate, equipment file integrity rate and other indicators was compared before and after the introduction of PDCA cycle. Results After PDCA cycle management, the acceptance rate of medical equipment, the completion rate of medical equipment and the abandonment rate of medical equipment were higher than those before PDCA cycle management, with statistical significances (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle in the fine and full process management of medical equipment can not only ensure the clinical application and improving the utilization rate of equipment, but also make the equipment management more standardized and systematic with saving the purchase and maintenance cost of hospital medical equipment while.
