Abstract:In order to solve the shortage of human resources in rural health institutions in Beijing, the training mode of the team of rural doctors is studied. Finally, it is determined to adopt the mode of directed entrusting training, which combines academic learning with standardized training, and develops basic courses, professional courses and clinical practice in a “1+2” mode. “1” is completed in school and “2” is completed in teaching hospital. The government and schools work together. The government makes enrollment plans, and schools make training plans, in order to educate students and train the team of doctors for village-level health institutions and retain health professionals. This training mode of the team of rural doctors has been supported by local governments and schools, which further promotes the construction of grassroots rural doctors. Through this training mode, the team of rural doctors have been effectively expanded, and a feasible way has been explored for rural grassroots institutions in Beijing.
