Effect of acupoint application of Dinggui Powder combined with Jianpi Bazhen cake in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with syndrome of spleen deficiency and its influence on immune function#br#

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of Dinggui Powder combined with Jianpi Bazhen Gao in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with spleen deficiency and its influence on immune function. Methods A total of 98 children with spleen deficiency diarrhea who were admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into study group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases) according to different treatment options. The control group was given the basic treatment at the same time with Jianpi Bazhen Gao, and the study group was treated with Dinggui Powder acupoint application on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for seven days. The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, immune function index, and safety before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05), Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); there was no significant difference in CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05), CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Dinggui powder acupoint application combined with Jianpi Bazhen cake is used to treat infantile diarrhea with syndrome of spleen deficiency, which has definite curative effect, can improve immune function, safe and reliable.
