Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of nurses’ nursing behavior in the blood collection room of the outpatient department. Methods A random sampling method was used to select 100 outpatient blood sampling nurses from April 2018 to September 2019 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University. The hospital self-made nursing behavior scale was used to evaluate the nursing behavior of nurses in the outpatient blood collection room, the baseline data filling form was designed, and the relevant baseline data of the nurses were asked and recorded. The nursing behavior scores of nurses in the blood collection room with different data characteristics were comparecl, and the relevant factors that might affect the nursing behavior of the nurses in the blood collection room in the outpatient department were analyzed. Results The nursing behavior of 100 nurses in the blood collection room of the outpatient department was average, and the average score of the self-made nursing behavior scale was (10.02±1.31) points. There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of nurses’ nursing behavior scale in the blood collection room of different working years, social support, and coping styles (P < 0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years ≥ five years (X1), low social support(X2), and negative coping (X3) were the general influencing factors of nurses’ nursing behavior in the blood collection room of the outpatient department (P < 0.05). The regression equation was obtained: Y = 13.842-1.732X1-2.014X2-0.819X3. Conclusion The nursing behavior of nurses in the blood collection room of the outpatient department is generally affected by factors such as nurses’ working years ≥ five years, low social support, and negative coping.
