Abstract:Objective To develop a quality control method for Yinqin Mixture. Methods Artemisiae Scopariae Herba, Scutellareae Radix, and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma. were identified by microemulsion thin layer chromatography. Chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, baicalin, and baicalein were simultaneously determined by high performance liquid chromatography, chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 (2) column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.25% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 310 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The color of microemulsion thin layer chromatography was clear and the negative had no interference; the linear range of chlorogenic acid , caffeic acid, baicalin, and baicalein were 5.96-59.60 μg/ml (r = 0.9991), 0.60-6.00 μg/ml (r = 0.9992), 40.80-408.00 μg/ml (r = 0.9993), 1.98-19.84 μg/ml (r = 0.9994), respectively; average recovery rates of components were 96.56%, 101.84%, 98.77%, and 98.98%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Yinqin mixture.
