Abstract:Professor Wang Yangang believes that the core pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease is stagnated heat and yin injury, which plays a leading role in the occurrence and development of the disease. This disease involves liver, lung and spleen and stomach, so it can be divided into two basic types: stagnated heat and yin injury in liver and stomach and stagnated heat and yin injury in lung and stomach, so that the treatment based on syndrome differentiation is more targeted. In the course of disease development, damp-heat, blood stasis and other pathogenesis may be involved. Therefore, the core treatment of the disease is to clear stagnated heat, nourish yin and protect fluid. Clearing heat and eliminating dampness, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis are the main treatment methods for combined pathogenesis, and the clinical effect is satisfactory. Clinical Professor Wang Yangang paid attention to the comprehensive analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods, add and subtract of syndrome differentiation, and definite curative effect.
