Abstract：Wang Leting has formed his own unique treatment system for paraplegia. He believes that falling and flapping trauma or exogenous pathogens and poisons damage the governor channel and lead to paraplegia. This paper expounds Wang Leting’s experience in the treatment of paraplegia, and emphasizes taking the governor channel first. It also summarizes the “eleven methods for treating paralysis”, such as the method of treating governor channel, the method of treating jiájǐ, the method of treating back-shu, the method of treating bladder, the method of treating conception channel, the method of treating spleen and stomach, the method of treating liver and gallbladder, the method of treating three yin of foot, the method of treating three yang of hand, the method of treating three yin of hand and the method of treating hand and foot twelve needles. It puts forward the combination of local and overall, and selects the “eleven methods for treating paralysis” according to the injury location and accompanying symptoms.
