Abstract：As a combination of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion with modern injection therapeutic method, acupoint injection has achieved remarkable curative effect. This article reviewed the PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang database about the acupoint injection level study, found acupoint points are mainly divided into three levels: intradermal, subcutaneous, and muscle layer, the effect of acupoint injection at different level and its physiological anatomy, the nerve distribution and targeting pathway is closely related to, this may be This may be the key to different clinical effects on the same disease at the same acupoint at different levels.
