Abstract:Objective To explore the value of nursing path in operating room in general surgery laparoscopic surgery. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, a total of 200 patients who underwent laparoscopic treatment in the department of general surgery admitted to the operating room of the Affiliated Huaian No.1 People’ Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by number random grouping method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine care in the operating room, and the study group received intervention in the operating room nursing path. The surgical indicators and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Intraoperative blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group, while the recovery time, extubation time, and operation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total incidence rate of abdominal pain, bloating, vomiting, pressure sores, and emotional irritability in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In general surgical laparoscopic surgical nursing, intervention in the nursing path of the operating room is provided to ensure the safety of the patients’ surgical process and the effectiveness of the treatment, and promote the recovery of various body functions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
