Abstract:Oral sore is a common disease of oral mucous membrane in clinic. In this paper, the etiology and pathogenesis of oral sore are taken as the entry point, and the rise and fall of qi and blood of zang-fu viscera are taken as the root point. It is believed that the onset of oral sore is rooted in fire, derived from dampness, heat, poison, and stasis, and closely related to heart, spleen and kidney. Its treatment will treat fire throughout, pay attention to spleen and stomach treatment, pay attention to harmonize qi and blood, compatible with convergence and promoting granulation of oral sore medicine in order to achieve internal and external treatment, and strike a balance between manifestation and root cause. This article summarizes professor Yang Suqing’s clinical experience in the treatment of oral sore with traditional Chinese medicine, promotes work in all areas by drawing upon the experience gained on key points, sees big things through small ones, seeks the good strategy, and facilitates the treatment.
