Abstract：The proposal of curricular ideology plays an important role in improving and strengthening the ideological and political work in medical colleges. Medical colleges should integrate profound medical humanistic quality and ideological and political quality construction into the normal teaching, and fully realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people. This paper expounds the significance and current situation of curricular ideology construction of career planning in medical colleges, and puts forward relevant suggestions in view of the existing problems, through establishing “three-in-one” education model, exploring native ideological and political resources, applying diversified teaching methods, establishing multi-dimensional evaluation system, and cultivating high-quality teaching staff to achieve the teaching goal better, tamp the professional belief of medical students, improve the humanistic quality of medical students and set up the professional ideal of medical students.
