Abstract:Human resource cost is a major component of the total cost of hospitals, and its gradual increase has posed many challenges to the operation and management of public hospitals. Therefore, it is necessary to control the cost of human resources, improve the operation efficiency of hospitals and maintain the sustainable and healthy development of hospitals. Combining with the actual situation of a tertiary hospital in Beijing, this paper sorts out the composition of human resource cost of the hospital and summarizes the main practices in the implementation of human resource cost control, points out the misunderstandings in cost control, and also formulates corresponding countermeasures. It aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of human resource cost management system of public hospitals and then enhance its own competitive advantages.
