Abstract：Objective To observe the nursing effect of fast track surgery (FTS) concept in perioperative period of laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 79 patients undergoing total hysterectomy admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from July 2017 to January 2020 were selected, according to random number table method, they were divided into study group (n = 39) and control group (n = 40). The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the study group received perioperative FTS idea-guided nursing, the time of first exhaust, time of gett out of bed, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, and incidence of complications of venous thrombosis, infection and bleeding of lower limbs were compared between the two groups after receiving different nursing modes. Results The first exhaust time, getting out of bed, and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the total incidence of complications of lower limb venous thrombosis, infection, and bleeding in study group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing measures guided by the concept of FTS rapid rehabilitation surgery for patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy can shorten the time of first exhaust, the time of getting out of bed and the length of hospital stay, reduce the hospitalization cost and control the incidence of various complications, which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
