Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of structured nursing based on internet electronic medical record for elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Huaian First People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected, according to the order of admission, patients were included in the study group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given structured nursing intervention based on internet electronic medical record, the pain score, compliance score, and quality of life score of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared. Results The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the scores of treatment compliance and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis received structured nursing intervention based on the internet electronic medical record, has the effect of promoting curative effect and relieving pain, and then indirectly improve the quality of life.
