Abstract：Medical science and technology is not only one of the key elements in public health improvement, but also a fundamental guarantee of the governance of the Chinese Communist Party and government. In the past century, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and government, through the predecessors’ exploration and deep cultivation, Chinese medical science and technology has made a lot of progress. This paper reviews the development of medical science and technology innovation in the past 100 years from the aspects of top-level design, medical achievements, medical devices, and systematically combs the relevant plans, products, and technologies. Based on the urgent demand of “comprehensively promoting the construction of healthy China” and the increasing health demand of the people, some thoughts on the innovative development of medical science and technology in China in the new era are put forward.
