Application effect of quantitative evaluation on clinical pathway teaching method in operation room nursing#br#

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the quantitative evaluation on clinical pathway teaching method in operating room nursing and satisfaction analysis of teachers and students. Methods A total of 176 operating room nursing students in the First People’s Hospital of Yuhang District of Hangzhou from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 88 cases in each group. The observation group used quantitative evaluation clinical pathway teaching method, and the control group used clinical pathway teaching method. After the teaching, the theoretical and practical performance of two groups were compared, questionnaire was used to investigate teaching satisfaction, learning satisfaction and cooperation satisfaction. Results The theoretical and practical performance of observation group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.01). The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The nursing students’ learing satisfaction of teacher in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). The nursing students’ corrdination satisfaction degree of doctors in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quantitative evaluation of clinical pathway teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of nursing students and provide theoretical basis for the promotion of clinical nursing teaching mode in practice.
