基于疼痛评估管理的集束化护理在骨折患者康复中的应用研究

摘要目的探究基于疼痛评估管理的集束化护理在骨折患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年12月在合肥市第一人民医院就诊的88例骨折患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，各44例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取基于疼痛评估管理的集束化护理。比较两组干预7 d后的功能锻炼依从性情况。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价患者干预前及干预7 d后的疼痛、心理状况评分，并比较两组干预7 d后的护理满意度。结果干预7 d后观察组功能锻炼依从性率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。两组干预7 d后疼痛评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。两组干预7 d后心理状况评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。干预7 d后，观察组的护理满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论基于疼痛评估管理的集束化护理能缓解骨折患者的术后疼痛，改善患者的心理状况，促进患者快速康复，增加满意度，值得推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing based on pain assessment management in the rehabilitation of fracture patients. Methods A total of 88 patients with fracture treated in Hefei First People’s Hospital from July 2017 to December 2019 were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cluster nursing based on pain assessment management. The compliance of functional exercise was compared between the two groups after seven days of intervention. Visual analog scale (VAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to evaluate the scores of pain and psychological status of patients before and after seven days of intervention, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups after intervention for sevendays was compared. Results After seven days of intervention, the compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After seven days of intervention, pain scores in both groups were lower than before, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After seven days of intervention, psychological status scores of both groups were lower than before, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After seven days of intervention, the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing based on pain assessment management can relieve postoperative pain of fracture patients, improve the mental state of the patient, promote rapid recovery of patients, and increase satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
