Abstract:Objective To analyze the nursing effect of problem-based nursing intervention combined with mindfulness decompression training for patients with gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy. Methods The medical records of 100 patients receiving conventional care after radical gastrectomy in Qingdao Municipal Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed as the control group. During the same period, medical records of 100 patients after radical gastrectomy who received conventional nursing + problem-oriented nursing intervention combined with mindfulness decompression training from July 2018 to January 2020 were included as observation group. The stress perception scale (CPSS) and mindful attention awareness scale (MAAS) were used to assess the levels of stress and mindfulness before and at six weeks of intervention. At each time point, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) were used to evaluate the degree of anxiety and depression. At six weeks of intervention, nursing satisfaction was recorded and compared between the two groups. Results After six weeks of intervention, the CPSS score of both groups was decreased than that before intervention, and the MAAS score was increased than that before intervention, and the CPSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MAAS score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significant differences (P < 0.05); after six weeks of intervention, the SAS and HAMD scores of both groups were decreased than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significant differences (P < 0.05); the total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Problem oriented nursing intervention combined with mindfulness decompression training can improve the mindfulness level of patients after radical gastrectomy, improve the psychological state, reduce the pressure of patients, and the nursing satisfaction of patients is high.
