Abstract:Objective To explore the research status and trend of acupoint massage in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia in China, and provide thought and basis for further research. Methods A computer search was conducted for the relevant literatures published by CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and CBM from the construction of the database to April 30, 2018, and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the research types, published journals, authors, key words, institutions and fund funding of the literature. Results A total of 65 literatures were finally selected, except 1 dissertation, the remaining 64 literatures were published in 56 journals. Literatures were mainly based on clinical research literature. The common therapy was comprehensive therapy. Lianquan, fengchi, yifeng, jiache were commonly used acupoints. Conclusion Acupoint massage is a hot topic in future research in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia, but the quantity and quality of the literature need to be improved. It is an important direction in the future to make standard plan of acupoint massage and explore the best combination of comprehensive therapy.
