Discussion on the pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases based on quantitative analysis#br#

Abstract：Objective To quantitatively analyze the pathogenesis characteristics of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction. Methods The specific composition and dosage of classical prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases were summarized, and the same drugs with different treatment dosage and processing methods were distinguished. The efficacy weight of each drug was calculated by double-layer frequency weight cross algorithm, and then the efficacy weight of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction was calculated in order to judge its efficacy level, so as to analyze its law of concerted application and finally deduce the pathogenesis characteristics. Results In Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction, the level Ⅲ efficacies were purging gallbladder, activating qi, tonifying heart, treating palpitations, and relieving pain;the level Ⅱ efficacies were clearing heat, resolving masses, dissipating phlegm, and relieving cough; the level Ⅰ efficacies were dispersing liver, warming spleen, moistening lung, relieving superficies, eliminating carbuncle sore, and preventing malaria; the level -Ⅰ efficacies were clearing heart, suppressing hyperactive liver, eliminating dampness, inducing diuresis, relieving sore throat, and stopping bleeding. Conclusion The core pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is Shaoyang cardinal disadvantage, gallbladder fire depression, qi and body fluid movement disorder, combined with taiyin spleen cold; Secondary pathogenesis includes body fluid injury and solar surface syndrome.
